HOW TO RETURN A PREVIOUS PURCHASE

Important: We do not accept liability for goods returned using any method other than one of our approved returns services.

Free returns are available for all full price items within 28 days of shipping and all sale items within 14 days of receipt, provided the return conditions specified below are met. Instructions are provided below.

RETURN CONDITONS

• Purchases must be returned from the original shipping location.

• Incomplete, damaged, worn, soiled or altered returns, or anything The Detroit Way reasonably believes has been used, will not be accepted and therefore sent back to the customer.

• To ensure you’re eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition you’ve received it. Item(s) must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. After we’ve received the returned order. Please give us 1-3 business days to inspect the returned item.

RECEIVING A REFUND

• Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser's method of payment.

• On receipt of a return, we will process the refund as soon as possible. We estimate refunds will be made by your payment method provider within 7-10 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday excluding US public holidays.

• If the item which you are returning was purchased in a currency other than your local currency, any refund will be paid in the same currency as purchase. Due to fluctuations in currency exchange rates the amount refunded may be higher or lower than the original price paid.

 SHIPPING

There is a flat rate of $8.00 for each order placed.

After order is placed, you will receive a tracking number once order is shipped. Please allow 2-7 business days for orders to be delivered.
